"Size was right, honestly"
The ring ended up fitting pretty much exactly how I expected, which was a relief because sizing stuff online always makes me second-guess everything. It did feel a little weird at first, not in a bad way, just one of those “okay, my hand notices this now” things. After wearing it a bit, though, it felt totally fine. Overall, sizing was accurate and it fits well.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered a necklace and the delivery was kind of all over the place. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where it was, and then it showed up several days later than expected. The necklace itself was fine once it finally arrived, but yeah, I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.
"Warranty support was basically useless"
I bought it thinking the warranty would give me some peace of mind, but after the purchase, getting any kind of help was a headache. I called a couple of times, got passed around, and still ended up with no real solution. Frustrating, especially since I was standing there with the receipt on my kitchen table and a cup of coffee going cold while trying to sort it out.

I don’t know, the site just didn’t give me the confidence I’d want when buying jewellery. There wasn’t much that clearly showed the pieces were genuine, and for something like that, I’d rather not take the chance again.

I just used the site recently and it was frustrating. The pages were loading really slowly, and when I got to checkout it felt more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe it was just a bad day for the site, but my latest experience definitely left a bad impression.

"Nice custom jewellery options"
I ordered a necklace from jewelleryshop-au.com i liked how much I could personalise it. I was able to pick the metal, choose the chain length, and add engraving without it feeling too confusing.
It did take me a little while to make up my mind because there were quite a few options... but I guess that’s a good problem to have! Everything was laid out clearly, so I didn’t feel lost while ordering.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery was a bit slower than I expected, which was slightly annoying. But the necklace turned out really nice in the end, so overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve got mixed feelings on this one. The return itself was handled quickly and the refund did come through in the end, but I did have to chase it up a bit before it was sorted. Not a terrible experience, just a little more effort than I expected.

At first glance, I thought this was going to be a little jewelry win, the stones actually look nice and catch the light well. But after wearing it a few times, the clasp started feeling kind of flimsy, like it was one dramatic hand movement away from giving up completely. It looks good, but the quality doesn’t feel as solid as I hoped.

"Almost Perfect, Minor Mix-Up"
My necklace showed up fast, which I was happy about, but the charm was definitely not the one I picked, like, I am 100% sure I did not choose that one. Customer support got it sorted out after a few emails, so it worked out in the end. Not a terrible experience at all, just a little annoying when you know exactly what you ordered...
"Took a while to arrive, but it was fine"
I ordered from Jewellery Shop AU and the item did show up in good condition, so no real issue there. The shipping was just slower than I expected, and the tracking barely changed, which was a bit annoying. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a burnt piece of toast, and it still said the same thing as the day before. The product itself was fine in the end, I just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker.

"Designs felt a bit outdated"
I was really hoping to find some more modern-looking jewellery, but a lot of the styles felt kind of old fashioned to me. A few pieces looked nice in the photos, but once I kept browsing, most of it just didn’t feel like my taste.
The website itself was easy enough to use, but the designs didn’t feel very fresh or special. I also felt a bit ignored in the sense that there wasn’t much that seemed made for someone looking for a more current style. Maybe it works for other people, but I wouldn’t pick much for myself
